Whether you are looking to host an energizing retreat for your employees, bringing together family for a long overdue reunion, or simply getting away with some friends for a weekend of exploration, we have just the recipe to make it all happen. With five cottages, seven suites, 16 campsites, meeting room, picnic area and full-service marina, there is so much here at Page's to help bring you and your group together for that quality time and enjoyment.

Accommodation
We are pleased to offer the ability to rent out all or as many units for your group as needed across our two properties located on Silva Bay. This includes:
- 7 suites (6 one-bedrooms and 1 two-bedroom) can accommodate 16 people
- 5 cottages (3 one-bedrooms and 2 two-bedrooms) can accommodate 14 people
- 16 campsites (10 park sites, 4 RV sites with power, 2 water sites) can accommodate 50 people
- 18 marina slips
- 1 conference-style meeting room can accommodate up to 50 people
Page's inn on Silva Bay (3415 South Road):
Located in front of a large lawn that overlooks Silva Bay, Page's Inn offers seven spacious and comfortable suites (six one-bedrooms and one two-bedroom) and meeting room/event space that all feature unparalleled oceanfront views of the water, the Flat Top Islands, and The Coast Mountains.

From the May Long Weekend to Labour Day Weekend, Page's Inn is a vibrant corner of the south end of Gabriola with the Woodfire Food Truck & Grill, the Pier Gallery and the Island's Sunday Market all operating on the property, right at the back door of your suite!

Page's Resort & Marina (3350 Coast Road):
Nestled among the forest on the oceanfront of Silva Bay, Page's Resort & Marina is made up of five scenic cottages (three one-bedrooms and two two-bedrooms), a boutique family-oriented campground, full-service marina and Pages Li'l Market grocery and liquor store.

Camping at Page's Resort & Marina (3350 Coast Road)
Our 16-site campground is perfect for hosting groups thanks to its unique layout. The main part of the campground opens up onto a beautiful grassy field that allows for all sorts of family-oriented fun. There are also two sites on the waterfront, four sites nestled deeper into the surrounding forest and four RV sites that can accommodate RV's up to 26' and have electricty available. Access to the communal dish washing station, washrooms, showers, laundry facilities, barbeques and Pages Li'l Market grocery and liquor store is a short walk away from any site!

Staying at the Marina
Located at the southern end of the well-protected Silva Bay, Page's Resort & Marina's full-service marina also offers a wonderful setting to gather groups of boaters. We have 18 designated transient moorage slips available and can accommodate vessels up to 75 feet. All slips have 30amp power available and complimetary Wi-Fi. From the docks, the washrooms, showers, laundry facilities, gathering place in the orchard with barbeques on site, and Pages Li'l Market grocery and liquor store are all just steps away.
If you're looking to venture further on land and explore a little bit more of Gabriola, the nearest bus stop is a 15-minute walk away, which will take you into town at the north end. Alternatively, we would be happy to call you a taxi or arrange for our partnering e-bike rental company, Wheel-E's E-Bikes to deliver your wheels to help you get around!

GATHERING IN THE MEETING ROOM
Need a little bit more space to be able to accommodate your group? The Meeting Room located at Page's Inn on Silva Bay is located on the second floor and offers the perfect setting to bring everybody together. Whether that be for a catered dinner with our partners at Woodfire Restaurant, a breakfast buffet with Ground Up Café & Catering, or another function you may have in mind, we are happy to work with you to realize your vision!
The space has two washrooms, an area to set-up buffet-style catering, and can accommodate up to 24 boardroom style and up to 50 people reception or classroom style. All chairs, tables and flipcharts will be provided upon request. There is also a Wi-Fi Network designated to the Meeting Room.

GROUP BOOKING POLICY & PROCEDURES
A group booking is qualified as any reservation of 3 units or more. Please note that the meeting room space does count as one unit.
Every group has a Primary Contact. This is the person who creates the reservation on behalf of their group and provides their name, phone number, email address and credit card information. Once all of this information is received, a group reservation is made in which all units required will be held with the Primary Contact's credit card. The Primary Contact also assumes the responsibility for any units left not booked or released in time as per the cancellation policy.
Once a unit is booked, the reservation for that unit is moved into the credit card of the individual. If a unit is booked by a member of the group, the same cancellation policy applies to the individual (and not the Primary Contact).
Please note that our cancellation policy on a group booking is dependant on what units are being booked.
For a group booking that includes any assortment of cottages, suites, campsites, moorage, and/or the meeting room, the group cancellation policy is as follows:.

Note: A moorage group has up to 30 days to the date of arrival to book the slips being held. If any slips remain not booked at the 30 day mark, they will be released.
